Classrooms + Football=Star Athletes!

If you’re like I used to be in high school, you probably thought that football players can do whatever they want and still pass their classes. I know I did! However, I paid for that later! There is so much that can be missed if football is your only focus in high school. Luckily, there have been recent studies that have shown that when football players do well (genuinely) in the classroom, they are explosive on the playing field, and later the college classroom.
What am I talking about?
The NFL Youth Football Fund
Students today feel that even though they are doing well on the football field, it’s not likely that they’ll be recruited. So, when the lights fade, and the college books open up, they feel left behind. However, the NFL Youth Football Fund helps many young people with the needs they have for getting, and staying in college. they provide testing; National Athletic Test, and provide inside education on what colleges are looking for when they are: A. Recruiting new athletes, or B. Setting new admissions criteria for basic incoming freshmen. The Youth Fund helps and assists with grants, scholarships, loans, and work study programs that will help accomodate, and fund a prospective college athlete, and keep him/her in school.
I know I could have benefitted from this program majorly in high school! Now you have it in your hands.
